Description
API’s 500-6B-HC is a six-slot lunchbox for API-standard 5.25 x 1.5-inch modules. It gives an engineer a compact way to assemble specialized processing for recording, sound reinforcement, broadcast, audio-for-video work, or custom channel strips. The chassis provides XLR I/O, an internal supply with selectable AC voltage, and pin-15-bussed +48V phantom power for the API 512c mic preamplifier. Its removable power cord supports projects where the rack needs to travel.
