Put the Black Ice Boost inside an electric guitar for fingertip control of a clean midrange lift, with no battery to manage. Select the first stage for +4 dB, or engage the second for a total of +7 dB. Its midrange emphasis is aimed at adding body and level to single-coil-equipped Strat- and Tele-style guitars, and it can also push an amp toward saturation. The compact module installs without routing or soldering in most electric-guitar cavities.
