Electro-Voice’s GC3 is the connection cable for taking a stringed instrument with a 1/4-inch output into an RE3-BPT bodypack transmitter. It supports instruments with either passive or active pickups, as well as other line-level sources using a 1/4-inch output jack. One end uses an easy-to-grip 1/4-inch plug; the other uses a four-pin mini plug. Its role is direct and specific: put the instrument signal into that wireless transmitter.
