Fluid Audio’s FC10S is an active 10-inch studio subwoofer for mid-to-large rooms that need monitoring below the range of nearfield monitors. It reaches down to 20Hz and gives you a foot-controlled way to audition a mix with the sub engaged or bypassed. For system setup, it provides Flat and Punch EQ options, variable phase adjustment, a 50–200Hz low-pass crossover, and an 80Hz high-pass filter for satellite connections. A ground lift switch can help minimize hum from some home wiring.
