Description

Built for soprano saxophone in M strength, this Black Bamboo reed uses a polypropylene-resin and cellulose-fiber composite containing more than 50% bamboo fiber. Its injection-molded vamp is designed for consistency from reed to reed, with balanced side-to-side and front-to-back construction. In use, moving the reed lower on the mouthpiece table reduces resistance; moving it higher increases it. The composite resists water-logging and saliva breakdown, while still being adjustable with common reed-working tools or clipped.
