The Black Bamboo MH is a composite tenor saxophone reed with polypropylene resin and cellulose wood fiber; bamboo contributes more than half of the fiber content. Its smooth vamp is injection-molded for consistent shaping, and the standard profile comes down to a 0.1 mm tip. The material avoids water-logging and will not warp when humidity or altitude changes. Plan for a short break-in period, then use mouthpiece-table placement to make small resistance adjustments.
