Ibanez’s SRMS806 is a six-string multi-scale bass with a 33.6-inch G-side scale expanding to 35.5 inches at the low B. Its fanned fret layout is designed around the way a player’s hand angles along the neck, and the multi-scale system aims to give each string improved tension. Bartolini BH1-6 pickups feed a 3-band EQ, with bypass and Mid-Frequency switching for hands-on tonal adjustment. The Mono-Rail VS Bridge gives every string its own independently positioned bridge section.
