Description

The Tobacco Burst Spectra Bass JS2 combines a P-style neck pickup with a J-style bridge pickup, then puts their balance under a dedicated blend control. The bridge voice is described as defined and mix-cutting, while the neck position brings a warmer, fuller low end. Pull the volume control to bypass the active circuit if its battery is drained; in active mode, the bass-boost control adds low frequencies. An offset poplar body, bolt-on maple neck, laurel fingerboard, 34-inch scale and 24 jumbo frets round out the four-string design.
