Description

The SBXP V combines a five-string, 35-inch-scale format with dual passive medium-output humbuckers and a poplar body. Its electronics center on coil splitting, blend control, a 3-band active EQ, and a push/pull volume selector that engages or bypasses that active circuit. Pulling the volume control bypasses the EQ circuit, allowing the bass to regain sound without battery power. A graphite-reinforced through-body maple neck and HiMass hardtail bridge round out the build, finished in Transparent Purple Burst.
