Description

Kingston’s ZX is a right-handed five-string bass with a 35 in. scale, mahogany body and figured maple top. Its asymmetrical maple neck is carbon-fiber reinforced, and the 24-fret maple fingerboard uses a 10–14 in. compound radius. Bartolini USA dual-coil pickups feed an active three-band EQ, with a mid-frequency switch for further adjustment. Hipshot Ultralight tuners, the top-loading Quick Release bridge and the Buzz Feiten Tuning System round out a bass configured for demanding stage and studio work.
