Description

Brownie is a distortion pedal voiced around 1970s British rock sounds. Its hybrid circuit combines preamp and power-tube distortion characteristics, with a BJT input stage for breakup and asymmetrical clipping for additional tube-amplifier-style character. Bass processing is used to keep the low end tight under distortion, while the low-pass Tone control shapes the high-end response. A true-bypass TPDP mechanical footswitch handles bypass operation.
