Description
Designed for soprano saxophone, the ALTA Ambipoly Classic Reed in 2+ strength is made from a moisture-absorbing symphonic material. Give it 2–3 minutes to absorb moisture, then complete its one-time 10–20 minute pairing process so it can conform to the mouthpiece and player’s embouchure. The reed remains adjustable with a knife or sandpaper. Over use, it is designed not to degrade or develop the micro cracks and fraying identified with synthetic reeds.
