El Capistan V2 dTape Echo puts three tape-machine types into one compact echo pedal, each with three modes. Its controls let you move between fresh, stable tape-machine behavior and more heavily fluctuating, worn-machine character, while also adjusting tape quality and tone. Full MIDI control reaches nearly every parameter and supports more than 300 saved presets. The analog JFET input circuit is designed to respond to your playing, and a rear switch selects mono or stereo input for different signal-routing needs.
