V550 translates the modeled profile of a 5150 Mk1 into a gray pedalboard preamp, with clean and lead channels adjusted independently. The channels have separate gain, volume and three-band EQ settings, letting chord and lead sounds be set alongside each other. The lead channel’s pre-gain Boost and global Presence expand the adjustments. Its IR-based cabinet simulation can be blended for direct use through a PA, interface or headphones, while Stompbox and Dual Channel modes change how the switches behave.
