Description

Ironman II is a 100W power attenuator for reducing an amp’s output while retaining power-tube overdrive and compression. Its reactive load circuit and transformer-coupled attenuation work between the amp and speaker, with separate 4, 8, and 16-ohm controls for amp and speaker matching. For direct workflows, its analog cabinet simulator supplies a balanced XLR DI output, while the line out can feed a mixer, interface, or power amp. An effects loop, presence cut, and included two-level footswitch broaden control on stage and in recording setups.
