Description

F3 is a compact two-input, two-track field recorder built for scenes where levels move quickly. Its 32-bit float recording captures very low and very high levels without setting gain or worrying about clipping, while sampling reaches 192 kHz. Dual A/D converters and low-noise preamps handle the capture path. Real-time waveforms and a headphone output keep monitoring close at hand; the 1/8-inch line output can feed a camera or other gear. Side bars, a tripod mount, rubber feet, metal casing, and locking XLR connectors support field and on-set placement.
